It supports adjustable panel thickness, adapting to different building insulation requirements, and can composite pour concrete with rock wool and polystyrene boards as insulation layers, improving the thermal insulation and sound insulation performance of wall panels. The automatic cutting device can cut the wall panels to the required length according to the construction demand, reducing the secondary processing cost. It is equipped with a dust collection system to reduce environmental pollution during production, and the whole machine adopts modular design, which is convenient for installation and maintenance.

The machine can produce wall panels with a width of 1200mm, a thickness adjustable between 50-200mm, and a length that can be customized according to user needs, with a rated power of 15 kW and adapts to 380V 50Hz three-phase AC power supply. Its production efficiency reaches 60 square meters per hour, with a molding cycle of 10 minutes per square meter. The overall dimensions of the machine are 15000mm × 3000mm × 2500mm, and the whole machine weighs 12000 Kilograms. The servo motor driving accuracy is ±0.1mm, and the composite pouring process can integrate concrete and insulation layers tightly, ensuring the overall strength of the wall panels. The control system supports parameter setting and production data statistics, which can facilitate the production management.
It is mainly suitable for the production of lightweight insulated wall panels for prefabricated residential buildings, office buildings and industrial workshops.
