The machine adopts heavy-duty I-beam steel frame, which has strong structural stability and can withstand the huge forming pressure during the production of large-size manholes. The full-automatic PLC control system realizes automatic feeding, vibration compaction, demoulding and stacking, reducing manual operation intensity and improving production safety. It is equipped with a vibration compaction device with adjustable frequency, which ensures that the concrete inside the manhole mold is fully compacted, and the product strength meets the C30-C40 standard. The mold adopts HT300 cast iron material, which has strong wear resistance and long service life, and can be used for more than 10,000 production cycles.

The machine can produce manholes with a diameter of 600-1500mm and a height of 1000-2500mm, with a rated power of 22 kW and adapts to 415V 50Hz three-phase AC power supply. Its production efficiency is 5 sets per day, with a molding cycle of 8 hours per set. The overall dimensions of the machine are 12000mm × 8000mm × 3500mm, and the whole machine weighs 18000 Kilograms. The vibration compaction frequency is adjustable between 25-50 Hz, and the hydraulic demoulding force can reach 1500 kN. The control system supports remote monitoring and fault diagnosis, which can facilitate the daily maintenance and management of the equipment.
It is mainly suitable for the production of precast manholes and inspection wells for urban municipal engineering, water supply and drainage pipe network reconstruction, and community supporting facilities. It can replace the traditional on-site cast-in-place manhole construction, shortening the construction period by 60% and improving the production quality of manholes. It is suitable for large-scale prefabrication workshops, municipal engineering supporting production enterprises and water supply and drainage engineering contractors, and can produce standardized precast concrete manholes that meet the national construction standards.
