It is equipped with automatic feeding and material distribution devices, which can reduce manual operation errors and improve production efficiency by 200% compared with semi-automatic brick machines. The mold can be quickly replaced to produce different specifications of pavers and bricks, and it is equipped with a dust removal device to reduce environmental pollution during production, meeting the environmental protection standards of urban production workshops.

The machine has a forming pressure of 2000 kN, rated power of 11 kW, and adapts to 380V 50Hz three-phase AC power supply. Its production efficiency reaches 300 pieces per hour, with a molding cycle of 15 seconds per piece. The overall dimensions of the machine are 3500mm × 2800mm × 2200mm, and the whole machine weighs 5200 Kilograms. The adaptable mold specifications include 200mm×100mm×60mm, 300mm×200mm×80mm and other common paver and brick sizes. The control system adopts PLC programmable control, which can store 10 sets of production parameters for quick switching, and the hydraulic system pressure is adjustable between 10-20 MPa.
It is mainly suitable for the production of road surface pavers for urban road construction, landscape square permeable bricks, and slope protection bricks for river course and highway slope management. It can produce concrete products with different strength grades from C20-C40, and is suitable for medium-sized prefabricated brick factories, municipal engineering supporting production and landscape engineering suppliers. It can realize continuous production, and the produced products have good interlocking performance, which can improve the service life and stability of road surface.
