Equipped with PLC touch screen control system, it can adjust forming parameters with one click, adapting to concrete materials with different mix ratios, and the forming accuracy error is controlled within ±0.5mm, which improves production efficiency by more than 400% compared with manual forming. It is also equipped with safety protection devices to avoid work-related injury risks during operation, and supports custom molds to adapt to different specifications of small precast components, meeting personalized production requirements.
The machine has a forming pressure of 800 kN, rated power of 5.5 kW, and adapts to 380V 50Hz three-phase AC power supply. Its production efficiency reaches 120 pieces per hour, with a molding cycle of 25-30 seconds per piece. The overall dimensions of the machine are 2200mm × 1500mm × 1800mm, and the whole machine weighs 1800 Kilograms. The maximum size of adaptable mold is 600mm × 400mm × 150mm. The control system adopts Siemens S7-200 PLC touch screen operation interface, the frame is made of national standard Q235 hot-rolled steel plate, and the welding process uses carbon dioxide gas shielded welding to ensure structural strength.
It is mainly suitable for the production of curbstones for small rural road construction, the production of courtyard landscape prefabricated blocks, and the production of temporary enclosure foundation blocks for small construction sites. It can also be used for small-batch custom production in township prefabrication workshops, adapting to ordinary concrete and light aerated concrete materials with C10-C30 grades. It does not require complicated installation procedures, and one person can complete the startup debugging and daily operations, making it suitable for small production entities with limited budgets.
