The core advantage lies in the radial extrusion molding technology, which allows the cement mixture to be evenly compacted through radial pressure, eliminating the need for additional vibrating equipment, reducing energy consumption by 32% compared with traditional vibrating pipe machines. The anti-seepage grade of the formed pipe can reach above P6; it is equipped with a semi-automatic control system, only 2 operators can complete the entire production process, the mold is made of high-strength wear-resistant alloy material, and the service life is extended to more than 12000 hours; it supports quick mold replacement, adapting to the production of cement pipes of different calibers, no additional equipment transformation is required, greatly improving production flexibility and solving the pain point of single product of small processing plants.

The pipe diameter range is 100mm to 600mm, the length of a single pipe can be adjusted from 1m to 2m, the main drive motor power is 15KW, the auxiliary push motor power is 2.2KW, the overall dimensions are 4600mm in length, 2300mm in width and 2900mm in height, the whole machine weight is 3.2 tons, the power supply is adapted to three-phase 380V/50Hz industrial power, the noise control is within 78dB, the production efficiency is stable at 15-25 pieces per hour, the mold replacement cycle is ≤30 minutes, it adapts to two common cement pipe mold types of flat and socket, and the concrete slump is adapted to 50-70mm.
It is mainly used in rural small drainage pipe network construction, farmland irrigation water conveyance pipe prefabrication, family small yard sewage pipe production, temporary water conveyance pipe of small water conservancy projects, and can also be used to make small cable protection sleeves. It is suitable for township small building material processing plants, individual entrepreneurs and village-level infrastructure construction teams, can be deployed and produced without a large factory, adapts to on-site就近预制, and reduces transportation costs.
