The thickened I-beam welded frame has strong load-bearing capacity and can adapt to long-term continuous production. The adjustable suspension roller speed can adapt to different concrete consistencies and pipe specifications, improving production flexibility. The fully automatic control system can realize automatic positioning, feeding and demolding, reducing labor demand and improving production efficiency. The machine is equipped with a remote monitoring system, which can remotely monitor the production status and faults, reducing maintenance costs.

It can process cement pipes with diameter ranging from 1000mm to 2500mm, with adjustable pipe length between 2000mm and 3000mm. The main motor power is 30kW, with the suspension roller speed adjustable from 30r/min to 60r/min. The overall dimensions are 9800mm in length, 3500mm in width and 3000mm in height, with a total weight of 18 tons. It supports 380V 50Hz or 60Hz three-phase alternating current, and is equipped with a human-machine interaction touch screen for parameter setting. The die is made of alloy wear-resistant steel, with a service life of up to 15000 molding times. The production beat is 8 minutes per pipe, and the automatic feeding system can accurately measure the concrete dosage.
