The induction control system can automatically adjust the extrusion speed according to the concrete consistency, ensuring the consistency of pipe quality. The wear-resistant die has long service life, and the maintenance cost is low. The machine can produce continuous cement pipes without joints, improving the seepage effect of the pipes.

It can process permeable cement pipes with diameter ranging from 200mm to 800mm, with adjustable pipe length between 1000mm and 1500mm. The main motor power is 5.5kW, with an extrusion speed of 0.5m per minute. The overall dimensions are 2500mm in length, 1600mm in width and 2800mm in height, with a total weight of 2.8 tons. It uses 380V 50Hz three-phase alternating current as power supply, and is equipped with a semi-automatic control panel. The die is made of wear-resistant cast steel, with a service life of up to 8000 molding times. The machine can adjust the porosity of the pipes by changing the extrusion gap, meeting different seepage requirements.
