It is equipped with a professional heavy-duty spindle, which has high rigidity and rotation accuracy, and can maintain stable detection performance during long-term operation. The protection level of IP54 can adapt to the working environment of most heavy manufacturing workshops.
The tester has a measurement range of shaft diameter φ50-1000mm, with a rotation accuracy of 0.2μm and detection accuracy of ±0.05μm. The spindle runs at 30r/min, and it can accommodate workpieces with a maximum weight of 500kg. The overall dimensions are 1500mm in length, 1200mm in width and 1800mm in height, with a total weight of 2800kg. It is powered by AC380V 50Hz, and is equipped with Ethernet and USB interfaces for data transmission and remote control. The built-in professional roundness measurement software supports CAD file import, which can match the detection data with the workpiece design model for more intuitive analysis.

This product is mainly applicable to the roundness detection of large-scale parts in wind power generation, heavy machinery manufacturing, large-scale forging processing, shipbuilding and other industries.
