The pneumatic micro tension control system can accurately adjust the tension of ultra-fine wires, avoiding wire breakage and uneven winding caused by excessive or insufficient tension. The PLC touch screen can preset parameters such as winding turns, speed and tension, and supports one-key batch production. The automatic wiring arrangement function ensures that the wires are neatly arranged, avoiding cross-winding and improving the quality of the coil. It can adapt to ultra-fine wires from 0.03mm to 0.3mm, and can customize winding procedures for special-shaped coils, meeting the personalized production needs of customers.

The equipment has a compact structure, with an overall size of 850*650*1200mm and a net weight of 180kg. The spindle chuck diameter is 20mm, and the maximum winding outer diameter is 50mm. The power consumption is about 1.2kW per hour. It is equipped with a dedicated ultra-fine wire guide device, which reduces wire wear during the winding process. The equipment complies with CE certification standards, and the core components adopt imported brand parts to ensure long-term stable operation.
It is mainly used for the production of hollow cup motor coils for aerospace models, drone micro motors, medical micro pump motors, small household appliance micro motors and other micro motor products. It is also suitable for R&D institutions to carry out small-batch trial production of special micro coils, providing strong technical support for the development of micro motor products.
