The hydraulic tension control system can accurately adjust the tension of large-diameter wires to avoid wire deformation or breakage. The body is made of heavy-duty cast steel with strong seismic resistance and stability, with a maximum winding speed of 800rpm, compatible with 2-10mm diameter heavy copper wire and aluminum busbar. It is equipped with fully automatic loading and unloading system and coil shaping device, which can connect to large automated production lines, with multiple safety protection mechanisms including overload protection, emergency stop device and stroke limit, and supports storage of 1000 sets of transformer coil winding programs to meet customized production needs of large power equipment.
