The 4 independent stations can simultaneously produce different specifications of coils, improving production efficiency by more than 300% compared with single-station winding machines. The PLC industrial touch screen supports one-key saving of production parameters, reducing debugging time for different coil specifications. The automatic loading and unloading system reduces manual intervention, improving the degree of automation of production. The rapid mold change function can complete mold replacement in less than 5 minutes, adapting to the production needs of multiple coil specifications. It is equipped with a real-time winding quality monitoring system, ensuring the consistency of each coil.

The overall dimensions are 3000*2000*1800mm, with a net weight of 1800kg. Each station has an independent spindle and tension control system, with a spindle chuck diameter of 30mm and a maximum winding outer diameter of 100mm. It supports both round enameled wire and flat enameled wire within 0.05-2mm. The power consumption is about 8kW per hour. It complies with CE and ISO9001 international certification standards, and is equipped with a dedicated waste wire recycling device.
It is mainly used for the mass production of inductor coils, relay coils, small transformer coils and other small electronic component products. It is widely used in consumer electronics, automotive electronics, home appliances and other industries, meeting the large-scale production needs of small coil products. For example, it can be used to produce mobile phone charger inductors, automotive sensor coils and air conditioner control transformer coils.
