The segment winding function can realize multi-layer and multi-turn winding of stator coils, improving the energy efficiency and power density of the motor. It is equipped with a real-time winding quality detection system, which can detect abnormal winding in time and reduce the rate of defective products.

The overall dimensions are 2500*1800*2000mm, with a net weight of 3500kg. The spindle chuck diameter is 300mm, and the maximum winding outer diameter is 500mm. It supports both round enameled wire and flat enameled wire within 0.1-2.5mm. The power consumption is about 15kW per hour.
