This product adopts a thickened carbon steel solid structure to ensure stable operation under high pressure and high temperature. The ultra-high temperature heating system can reach 300°C, meeting the mounting needs of special high-temperature resistant materials. The dual cooling system of forced air cooling and water cooling ensures stable equipment operation during long-term high-load work. The built-in large-capacity vacuum system can quickly discharge air in large samples, reducing the preparation time of large-size samples.
The overall size of the equipment is 1200mm × 850mm × 1500mm, with a maximum mounting sample diameter of 200mm and a single sample weight capacity of up to 5kg. The mounting pressure can be adjusted between 0-30MPa with an accuracy of ±0.3MPa, and the temperature control range is from room temperature to 300°C with an accuracy of ±2°C. The rated power is 4kW, using a 380V 50Hz three-phase power supply. The net weight is 280kg, and it is equipped with a dedicated mobile base for easy positioning in the workshop.
It is mainly suitable for heavy casting quality inspection, shipbuilding welded part failure analysis, large-scale structural material testing and metallurgical plant large-scale sample preparation work. It can complete the mounting of large-size metal castings, welded joints and composite materials, providing reliable sample support for large-scale metallographic analysis and non-destructive testing.
