This product adopts a cast steel frame, which has high structural strength and can withstand high pressure during the embedding of large-sized samples. The hydraulic automatic pressurization system can provide stable pressure up to 30MPa, ensuring the compactness of large-sized embedded samples. The water cooling system can quickly cool the large-sized embedded samples, shortening the overall sample preparation time. The built-in large-capacity heating plate can evenly heat large-sized samples, ensuring the uniformity of the embedding process. It supports three-phase 380V and single-phase 110V power supply modes, which is suitable for different industrial use environments.
The equipment has an overall size of 850×700×1000mm and a net weight of 120kg, which requires fixed placement in a large industrial workshop or special laboratory. The rated power is 3.2kW, which can meet the heating demand of large-sized samples. The heating temperature range is from room temperature to 200℃, and the pressure adjustment range is 0-30MPa, which can adapt to the embedding requirements of most large-sized industrial samples. The maximum mounting sample diameter is Φ150mm, which can meet the embedding needs of most large-sized samples such as large castings and heavy mechanical workpieces.
