This product is equipped with a professional vacuum pumping system, which can reach a vacuum degree of ≤-0.09MPa within 3 minutes, effectively discharging the air in the sample and the mounting material. The cast steel frame has high structural strength, which can withstand high pressure and vacuum environment during the embedding process. The water cooling system can quickly cool the embedded samples, ensuring the dimensional stability of the samples. It adopts semi-automatic control, which can automatically complete the vacuumizing, heating, pressurization and cooling processes, reducing the operation error of manual operation. It is compatible with a variety of special mounting materials for fragile samples.
The equipment has an overall size of 500×420×580mm and a net weight of 32kg. The rated power is 1.5kW, which can meet the heating demand of conventional samples. The heating temperature range is from room temperature to 190℃, and the pressure adjustment range is 0-22MPa, which can adapt to the embedding requirements of most fragile materials. The vacuum degree can reach ≤-0.09MPa, which can effectively eliminate internal air bubbles in the samples. It supports dual power supply modes of 110V and 220V, and the maximum mounting sample diameter is Φ60mm, which can meet the embedding needs of most small and medium-sized fragile samples.
This vacuum assisted metallographic mounting press is mainly applicable to ceramic material research institutes, electronic component packaging testing institutions, aerospace lightweight material testing departments, and university advanced material research laboratories. It can be used for embedding porous metal samples, ceramic slices, ultra-thin electronic circuit boards, fragile composite material samples, providing high-quality embedded samples for high-precision metallographic microstructure analysis and material performance testing.
