This product is equipped with a 7-inch industrial touch screen, which can intuitively set and adjust various embedding parameters, and supports storage of 100 sets of customized embedding schemes, realizing one-key repeated operation. The thickened cast aluminum alloy body has good thermal stability and pressure resistance, ensuring long-term stable operation under high load. The forced air cooling system can quickly cool the embedded samples, shortening the overall sample preparation time. The built-in pressure and temperature sensors realize real-time monitoring and closed-loop control, ensuring the consistency of each batch of embedded samples.
The equipment has an overall size of 520×450×600mm and a net weight of 35kg, which is suitable for fixed placement in large laboratories. The rated power is 1.8kW, which can meet the heating demand of large-sized samples. The heating temperature range is from room temperature to 200℃, and the pressure adjustment range is 0-25MPa, which can adapt to the embedding requirements of most materials including high-strength alloys and hard plastics. It supports dual power supply modes of 110V and 220V, and the maximum mounting sample diameter is Φ70mm, which can meet the embedding needs of most medium-sized samples.
This automatic metallographic mounting machine is mainly applicable to large metallographic laboratories, material research institutes, aerospace component testing institutions, and automotive material quality control departments.
