This product adopts a high-strength aluminum alloy lightweight structure, with a net weight of only 35kg and a telescopic拉杆箱 design, which is convenient for field transportation and carrying. It supports adaptive 110V/220V universal power supply, which can be used in various outdoor power supply scenarios. The compact operation panel is simple and easy to understand, which can complete sample mounting work after simple training, meeting the needs of on-site non-destructive testing and metallographic analysis.
The overall size of the folded equipment is 450mm × 320mm × 280mm, with a maximum mounting sample diameter of φ50mm. The mounting pressure can be adjusted between 0-15MPa with an accuracy of ±0.4MPa, and the temperature control range is from room temperature to 150°C with an accuracy of ±3°C.
