This product adopts a high-strength cast aluminum alloy body, which ensures stable operation and long service life. The manual pressure adjustment knob realizes precise control of embedding pressure within 0-20MPa, matching the embedding requirements of different samples. The built-in visual heating panel can clearly display the real-time temperature, and the safety lock design effectively prevents misoperation during the embedding process. It is compatible with a variety of common mounting materials, and can be switched between manual heating and pressurization modes flexibly, which is very suitable for basic research and teaching scenarios with low frequency of use.
The overall dimensions of this equipment are 450×380×520mm, with a net weight of 28kg, which is convenient for fixed placement in the laboratory. The rated power is 1.2kW, which can meet the heating demand of conventional samples. The heating temperature range is from room temperature to 180℃, and the pressure adjustment range is 0-20MPa, which can adapt to the embedding requirements of most conventional samples. It supports two power supply modes of 110V and 220V, which is suitable for different use environments. The maximum mounting sample diameter is Φ50mm, which can meet the embedding needs of most conventional small-sized samples.
This manual metallographic mounting press is mainly applicable to small and medium-sized metallographic laboratories, university material engineering teaching laboratories, small metal processing factories, and quality control departments of electronic product factories. It can be used for embedding conventional metal samples, plastic samples, small electronic component samples, and ceramic small samples, providing reliable sample preparation support for subsequent metallographic detection, microstructure analysis and material performance testing.
