This product adopts a batch mounting design, which can complete the mounting of 4 φ50mm samples at one time, improving the preparation efficiency by 4 times compared with single-sample equipment. The built-in programmable control system can store 10 sets of custom preparation parameters, realizing standardized sample preparation for different types of samples. The intelligent air cooling system automatically adjusts the cooling speed according to the working state, reducing the equipment waiting time after sample mounting.
The overall size of the equipment is 850mm × 620mm × 880mm, supporting batch mounting of 4 pieces of φ50mm samples per cycle. The mounting pressure can be adjusted between 0-22MPa with an accuracy of ±0.2MPa, and the temperature control range is from room temperature to 200°C with an accuracy of ±1°C. The rated power is 2.8kW, using a 220V 50/60Hz universal power supply. The net weight is 150kg, and it is equipped with a sample positioning fixture to ensure the consistency of multiple batch samples.
It is mainly suitable for third-party testing institutions, large-scale metallurgical laboratories and automobile manufacturing parts quality inspection work.
