Compared with upright metallurgical microscopes, the inverted structure solves the pain point that traditional upright microscopes cannot observe large-size block samples, supporting direct placement and observation of samples with a maximum height of 80mm without fine slicing. It is equipped with a long-life LED light source with a lifespan of 50,000 hours, eliminating the need for frequent replacement, and the brightness can be adjusted to accurately control imaging contrast. It is equipped with an electric coaxial focusing system, which can realize fast and accurate sample focusing and reduce manual operation errors. The built-in 5MP CMOS imaging camera comes with image analysis software, which can automatically identify metallographic parameters such as grain size and porosity, improving industrial detection efficiency without additional third-party imaging equipment.

The maximum magnification is 1600X, equipped with 4 pieces of semi-apochromatic objectives (5X/10X/20X/50X), and a 100X oil immersion lens is optional. It comes standard with 10X and 16X wide-field eyepieces, with field of view of 20mm and 12.5mm respectively. The large mechanical sample stage has a size of 240*180mm, supporting X/Y axis stroke of 100*80mm, with a vacuum suction device to fix large irregular samples. It supports three contrast modes of brightfield, darkfield and polarization, adapting to different types of metallographic sample observation. The built-in 5MP CMOS imaging camera comes with one-click image analysis software, which can automatically generate standardized inspection reports. The overall size is 450mm*380mm*520mm, with a net weight of 15kg, and the power supply supports 100-240V AC wide voltage adaptation.
It is mainly used in quality control links of industrial fields such as auto parts manufacturing, aerospace material testing, heavy machinery processing and casting production. Typical usage scenarios include: metallographic structure analysis of large cast iron parts, grain size detection of aerospace aluminum alloy, defect detection of auto engine cylinder block, metallographic structure observation of welded joints, and non-destructive metallographic analysis of large metal components.
