This microscope adopts infinite far-field corrected optical system to effectively reduce optical aberration and provide clear and flat imaging. The plan achromatic objectives effectively improve the clarity of edge and center of the observation field. The adjustable diaphragm can match different sample thicknesses to optimize lighting effects. The triocular tube supports simultaneous observation and image capture, meeting the needs of teaching and sample recording. The precision focusing system ensures fine adjustment for high-magnification observation, addressing the common pain points of blurry imaging and difficult operation of entry-level metallurgical microscopes.

The optical system adopts infinite far-field correction design with a numerical aperture of up to 0.65 for 50X objective. The mechanical stage has a movement range of 75×50mm, and the coarse focusing knob has a damping adjustment design to avoid accidental sliding. The 6V30W halogen lamp can provide even and stable lighting, with a brightness adjustment range of 0-100%. The overall size of the microscope is 420×280×360mm, and it supports connection with most mainstream digital cameras on the market for image storage and analysis.
This product is suitable for basic metallographic detection scenarios such as university material major teaching experiments, small metal processing enterprises' incoming material inspection, hardware accessories quality screening and amateur metallographic research. It can be used to observe the microstructure of carbon steel, alloy steel, non-ferrous metals and other materials, as well as the surface coating morphology of electronic components and mechanical parts.
