This high-end upright metallurgical microscope has a magnification range of 50x-2000x, equipped with 5x, 10x, 20x, 50x and 100x (oil-immersion) plan achromatic objective lenses and 10x/16x wide-field high-point eyepieces. It supports 12V/50W halogen transmitted light illumination and 100W mercury lamp/LED reflected light illumination. The motorized focus stroke is 30mm with a fine adjustment accuracy of 0.001mm. The motorized sample stage has a travel range of X=200mm, Y=150mm, with a maximum load capacity of 5kg.
