Adopts vane wheel impeller measurement structure with accurate and stable measurement. It uses cast iron shell and copper alloy movement, with excellent anti-freeze and anti-corrosion performance. The built-in anti-freeze insulation casing can effectively avoid water meter cracking caused by low temperature in winter. The protection grade reaches IP68, which can be completely immersed in water for use, suitable for outdoor open-air installation environments. It supports two installation methods of vertical and horizontal, adapting to different pipeline layouts. It does not need external power supply, relying on water flow energy to drive the measurement display, no need to replace batteries, and the later maintenance cost is extremely low.
The nominal diameter can be selected as DN15 and DN20, the rated flow rates are 8m³/h (DN15) and 12m³/h (DN20) respectively, overload flow rates 10/15m³/h, working pressure range 0.1-1.6MPa, operating temperature range -20°C to 60°C. The overall size is 220mm*110mm*90mm (DN15), weight about 1.5kg. It adopts self-powered design without additional power supply, with analog dial and digital counter dual display for convenient manual meter reading. The shell is treated with plastic spraying and rust prevention, with anti-corrosion ability for long-term outdoor use.
It is mainly applicable to rural residences in cold northern regions, suburban single-family homes, outdoor public water supply points and other scenarios. It can be installed in open-air water meter wells, buried pipelines and other locations, and can work normally in low-temperature environments without additional insulation measures, solving the problem of water meter cracking in winter.
