This product adopts an integrated brass movement and ABS shell combination structure, which effectively resists the erosion of water impurities. The mechanical transmission parts are precision-polished to ensure metering accuracy conforms to the ISO 4064 Class 2 standard. It operates via fluid flow to drive counting without external power, eliminating interruptions from power outages or equipment failures. Its compact size is optimized for home installation, matching universal domestic and international pipeline interface standards without requiring special adapters. Daily maintenance only needs regular filter cleaning with no complex calibration steps, solving the pain points of traditional water meters such as low accuracy and high maintenance workload. It also has an IP68 waterproof rating, making it suitable for installation in damp underground pipe wells.

Three optional nominal calibers: DN15mm, DN20mm, DN25mm. The maximum working pressure is 1.0MPa, with an applicable medium temperature range of 5℃ to 95℃. The shell uses food-grade ABS engineering plastic paired with a brass movement assembly. The total unit weight is approximately 1.2kg, with overall dimensions of 180mm (length) × 80mm (width) × 120mm (height). The mechanical display resolution is 0.01 MWh, with an IP68 protection rating. The installation method is horizontal threaded connection, compatible with common PPR and galvanized pipeline interfaces globally without dedicated conversion joints.

It is primarily designed for household residences, small rental apartments, and chain homestays for individual household heat metering. It can integrate with heating company billing systems to enable usage-based charging, helping property managers accurately calculate each household's heat consumption and eliminate unfairness from traditional area-based pricing models. It can be installed in public corridor pipe wells, meeting compliance requirements for heating metering in civil buildings, and is suitable for heating metering upgrade projects in old urban residential communities across China.
