This smart meter uses a high-precision Hall sensing assembly to achieve metering accuracy up to ISO 4064 Class 1 standard. The NB-IoT communication module requires no extra wiring, with wide coverage and stable signal transmission. It is powered by a 3.6V disposable lithium battery with a 10-year service life, eliminating frequent battery replacement needs. The backlit LCD screen supports on-site visual reading, while also enabling remote data synchronization to a central management platform to automatically generate energy consumption reports. It supports abnormal data early warning functions such as pipeline leaks and metering anomalies, helping managers quickly troubleshoot issues and solve the high labor costs and low efficiency of traditional manual meter reading.

Five optional nominal calibers: DN15, DN20, DN25, DN32, DN40mm. The maximum working pressure is 1.6MPa, with an applicable medium temperature range of 3℃ to 99℃. The shell uses 304 stainless steel explosion-proof housing paired with ABS waterproof lining. The total unit weight is approximately 2.8kg, with overall dimensions of 220mm × 100mm × 140mm. The metering resolution is 0.001 MWh, supporting global NB-IoT frequency bands (800/900MHz). It has a maximum 180-day data storage cycle, with an IP68 protection rating. The installation method is flange threaded connection, compatible with commercial pipeline systems, and supports remote parameter configuration and firmware upgrades.

It is suitable for centralized heating metering management in medium-sized residential communities, commercial office buildings, and hotel homestay clusters. It can connect to a smart heating management platform to enable remote meter reading, energy consumption analysis, and abnormal early warning functions, helping heating enterprises reduce manual meter reading costs and improve the accuracy and efficiency of metering management.
