This set adopts a modular design, including 8 DN20 ultrasonic heat water meters integrated into a one-piece galvanized steel waterproof box, saving installation space and simplifying construction procedures. It is equipped with a centralized large LCD screen that can display real-time heat consumption data of each household in detail. It uses LoRaWAN remote communication technology to realize unified transmission and management of multi-household data. The power supply mode adopts AC220V mains power paired with a solar panel backup, ensuring normal operation during mains power outages. The built-in centralized management module can automatically summarize energy consumption data of each household and generate monthly reports, solving the high cost problem of separate installation and meter reading for traditional individual household metering. It also has an abnormal metering early warning function to quickly locate faulty water meters and improve maintenance efficiency.

Each set includes 8 DN20 ultrasonic heat water meters, with a total installation size of 1200mm × 600mm × 400mm. The overall working pressure is 1.0MPa, with an applicable medium temperature range of 5℃ to 95℃. The box is made of galvanized steel shell paired with ABS waterproof lining, with an IP65 protection rating. The centralized management module supports LoRaWAN 868MHz/915MHz frequency band communication, with a power supply mode of AC220V±10% + 10W solar panel backup. The maximum data storage cycle is 365 days, with a total set weight of approximately 35kg. The installation method is wall-mounted, adapting to the pipe well space of apartment buildings, and supports remote parameter configuration and data export.
It is suitable for heat metering management in medium-sized apartment buildings, student dormitories and employee dormitories. It can complete the installation of multi-household metering equipment at one time, without separate wiring and debugging, greatly shortening the construction cycle. At the same time, it realizes unified meter reading and energy consumption analysis through the centralized management platform, helping property teams reduce management costs and improve the efficiency and accuracy of heating metering. It complies with relevant national requirements for old urban residential community renovation, and can be directly connected to the urban smart heating management system.
