Post RFQ
Compared with traditional large-caliber water meters, this product uses ductile iron body with high corrosion resistance, suitable for harsh outdoor or underground installation environments. Its Class C accuracy can meet the high-precision metering requirements of large water consumption scenarios, with maximum error controlled within ±1% under rated flow. The LORAWAN communication supports seamless access to public or private LoRaWAN networks, eliminating the need for independent gateway deployment in most industrial parks. The magnetic anti-tampering alarm can detect illegal disassembly or magnetic interference in real time and push alarms to the management platform, effectively preventing water theft. It also supports remote valve opening and closing, enabling emergency water cut-off in case of pipeline accidents or overdue payment.

Available calibers: DN50, DN80, DN100, DN150, DN200; Dimensions vary by caliber: DN100 model has a length of 320mm, body diameter of 480mm; Weight: 18.5kg (DN100 model); Battery: 3.6V lithium battery pack; Communication frequency: 433/868/915MHz optional; Operating voltage range: 3.3-3.6V; Storage temperature: -25~70℃; Impeller material: Stainless steel 304; Sealing material: Nitrile rubber; Data transmission protocol: LORAWAN 1.0.3; Maximum allowable pressure: 2.0 MPa.

Mainly applicable to industrial parks, municipal water supply pipe networks, large commercial complexes, hotels, hospitals, and water treatment plants. It can realize real-time monitoring of total water consumption, regional water usage distribution, and pipeline network operation status, helping managers quickly identify abnormal water usage and leak points. Water supply enterprises can use this meter to optimize the allocation of water resources, formulate reasonable water pricing plans, and reduce the loss of water supply pipe networks. At the same time, it can provide accurate water consumption data for enterprise users to help them carry out energy-saving and consumption-reduction work.
