Adopts non-contact ultrasonic measurement technology with no moving parts, eliminating the need for daily maintenance and greatly reducing operation and maintenance costs during the service life cycle. The accuracy level reaches ISO 4064 Class C, which is 3 times higher than that of ordinary mechanical water meters, and supports micro flow measurement of 0.001 m³/h to avoid undercounting of small flow water usage. It supports multiple communication methods to adapt to the IoT architecture of different parks, with AC power supply and backup battery to ensure no data interruption, and strong anti-electromagnetic interference ability suitable for complex industrial power environments.

The nominal diameter covers DN50 to DN300, using ductile iron shell, maximum pressure bearing 1.6MPa, operating temperature range 0°C to 60°C, protection grade IP67 suitable for outdoor installation. Communication methods include LORA, Cat.1 and NB-IoT for optional selection, the default data upload interval is 15 minutes which can be customized. The overall size ranges from 300mm*200mm*150mm (DN50) to 1200mm*800mm*600mm (DN300), and the weight ranges from 8kg (DN50) to 120kg (DN300). It is powered by AC220V mains power with 12V7Ah backup lithium battery, and the battery life can reach 72 hours.

It is widely applicable to municipal water supply pipe networks, industrial parks, large factories, commercial complexes, water plant metering stations and other scenarios. It can replace traditional mechanical water meters for large flow water measurement, supporting water companies to carry out batch remote meter reading, water usage data analysis, water supply cut-off for overdue payments and other functions, helping water management parties accurately grasp the water usage situation of each region, optimize water supply scheduling, and reduce the labor cost and errors of manual meter reading.
