This test chamber uses a sealed stainless steel inner tank with excellent air tightness to maintain stable vacuum degree for long periods. Built-in electric heating plate has uniform heat distribution to ensure consistent sample temperature across all areas. Oil-sealed rotary vane vacuum pump has low noise and high pumping speed, quickly reaching required vacuum degree. Digital display controller supports precise vacuum degree and temperature control, with multiple test program settings. Multiple safety protection mechanisms including over-temperature, over-vacuum and pump overload protection ensure safe and reliable operation, with detachable shelves for easy cleaning and sample replacement.

The chamber has an interior volume of 50L, with internal dimensions of 450mm × 450mm × 250mm and external dimensions of 700mm × 600mm × 800mm. Temperature accuracy is ±0.5℃, with vacuum degree accuracy of ±0.5Pa. It is equipped with a vacuum gauge and pressure relief valve for easy vacuum degree control, with built-in lighting for real-time test observation. It has 1.5kW total power consumption and 80kg total machine weight, coming with 2 sets of adjustable stainless steel shelves to meet testing needs of different sample sizes.

This vacuum drying test chamber is mainly used for drying and curing heat-sensitive materials including pharmaceutical intermediates, lithium battery electrode materials, plastic particles, precision electronic components and chemical reagents. Typical use cases include drying moisture-sensitive electronic components to avoid circuit short circuits, dehydrating pharmaceutical intermediates to ensure product quality, curing plastic particles to improve performance and material testing in scientific research institutions. It meets requirements of GB/T 6494, ISO 750 and ASTM D2013 standards.
