The core advantage of this test chamber is its rapid temperature change capability, achieving temperature recovery time under 5 minutes to improve test efficiency. Independent air circulation systems for high and low temperature zones avoid cross-contamination of test samples, ensuring accurate test results. Patented heat exchange design enables quick heating and cooling, with touch screen PLC controller supporting multi-set test cycles and temperature curves. Multiple safety protection mechanisms including door interlock, over-temperature and over-pressure protection ensure operator and equipment safety during testing.

The chamber has an interior volume of 80L, with internal dimensions of 600mm × 500mm × 267mm and external dimensions of 1200mm × 1000mm × 1800mm. Temperature fluctuation of each zone is controlled within ±0.5℃, with temperature uniformity of ±1℃. Pneumatic door opening and closing structure reduces temperature loss during testing. The touch screen controller supports data storage and export, storing up to 200 test programs. It runs on 380V three-phase power supply with 6kW total power consumption and 350kg total machine weight, meeting industrial testing scenario power requirements.

This thermal shock test chamber is widely used in semiconductor manufacturing, automotive electronics, aerospace, new energy batteries and precision instruments industries. Typical use cases include testing stability of automotive electronic control modules under rapid temperature changes, evaluating service life of new energy battery cells under thermal shock, verifying reliability of aerospace component materials under extreme temperature changes and testing packaging stability of electronic products under temperature fluctuations. It meets requirements of GB/T 2423.22, IEC 60068-2-14 and ASTM D3045 standards.
