Adopts two-stage vacuum system, which can quickly reach the preset vacuum degree and shorten the drying cycle; it is equipped with independent heating and vacuum control systems, which can independently adjust temperature and vacuum degree to adapt to drying needs of different materials; it uses aluminum silicate insulation layer to reduce energy consumption and ensure temperature uniformity in the chamber; it is equipped with real-time vacuum degree monitoring and automatic liquid supply system to ensure the stability of the drying process.

Internal dimensions: 800*600*625mm, external dimensions: 1000*800*1500mm, total weight: 280kg, heating power: 6kW, vacuum air extraction rate: 4L/s, the touch screen operation interface supports multi-stage program control, and has automatic power-off recovery vacuum function to ensure no interruption of the drying process.

It is used for low-temperature drying of biological and pharmaceutical raw materials, moisture-proof drying of electronic components, dehydration treatment of chemical powders, vacuum drying of food additives, and material drying experiments of universities and research institutes.
