Adopting high-purity rock wool as the sound-absorbing core, the perforation rate is optimized through acoustic simulation, which can effectively reduce reverberation time in the 125Hz-4000Hz frequency band, with a noise reduction effect 30% higher than ordinary sound-absorbing boards. The powder-coated surface is scratch-resistant, easy to clean, and meets Class A fire protection standards, complying with commercial building fire regulations. The modular design reduces installation costs, adapts to various keel installation systems, and can be customized with colors and perforation patterns to match different space decoration styles.

The overall size is 1200mm (length) × 600mm (width), with a thickness of 15mm. The perforation diameter is 3mm, and the perforation rate is 22%. The density of the rock wool core is 80kg/m³, with a sound absorption coefficient αw of 0.85. The moisture content is less than 8%, and the surface coating thickness is 50μm. Each piece weighs 4.2kg, and each carton contains 12 pieces. It supports custom sizes and perforation patterns, and meets EU CE environmental certification standards with zero formaldehyde emission.
It is mainly applicable to indoor commercial spaces that require quiet acoustic environments, such as open office areas, medium-sized conference rooms, training classrooms and libraries. It can be installed as a suspended ceiling sound-absorbing panel or wall decorative sound-absorbing panel, adapting to light steel keel ceiling systems. It requires no complex construction tools for installation, and is suitable for large-scale commercial building decoration projects, providing a comfortable and quiet working environment for staff.
