Our aluminum composite perforated acoustic panel stands out for its excellent weather resistance and durability, making it suitable for both outdoor and high-humidity indoor environments. The PVDF coating provides UV resistance, corrosion resistance, and fade resistance, ensuring the panel maintains its color and appearance for over 10 years of outdoor use. The IP65 waterproof rating makes it suitable for use in rainy and humid environments, such as bus stop shelters and highway sound barriers. The 3mm thick aluminum composite panel is lightweight (only 3.5kg per square meter) and easy to install, reducing transportation and installation costs. The 20% perforation rate is calibrated to deliver excellent mid-frequency sound absorption, effectively reducing traffic and industrial noise in outdoor spaces. Unlike standard exterior cladding panels, this product combines decorative appearance with acoustic performance, providing a dual-purpose solution for building facades.

Standard panel dimensions are 1220mm × 2440mm, with custom sizes available upon request. The base material is 3mm thick aluminum composite panel, consisting of 0.5mm thick aluminum sheets on both sides and a polyethylene core in the middle. The perforation holes have a uniform diameter of 4mm, with a consistent 20% perforation rate, optimized for mid-frequency sound absorption between 250Hz and 2000Hz. The sound absorption coefficient (NRC) reaches 0.82, effectively reducing reverberation time by up to 65% in standard outdoor spaces. The surface is finished with PVDF coating, which is available in a wide range of colors including white, gray, bronze, and custom RAL colors. The installation kit includes matching aluminum mounting brackets and screws, providing a secure and stable installation for exterior wall cladding.
This aluminum composite acoustic panel is primarily designed for outdoor building facades, highway sound barriers, bus stop shelters, airport exterior walls, and high-humidity indoor spaces such as commercial kitchen areas, swimming pool changing rooms, and food processing plants. It is also suitable for indoor commercial spaces such as factory workshops and logistics centers, where exterior noise and indoor moisture are concerns. Unlike standard interior acoustic panels, this product is designed to withstand extreme weather conditions, including heavy rain, strong sunlight, and temperature fluctuations, making it a long-lasting solution for outdoor and high-humidity environments.
