Our wood fiber perforated acoustic panel stands out for its eco-friendly E0 grade material, which is safe for family and commercial spaces with sensitive populations such as children’s rooms and nursing homes. The 12mm thick panel provides excellent structural stability while delivering superior sound absorption performance, with an NRC rating of 0.90 that outperforms many competing wood acoustic products. The natural wood veneer finish is scratch-resistant and easy to clean, while the optional paint-coated surface offers a wider range of color options to match different design needs. The glue-down and nail-up installation methods make it easy to install for both professional contractors and DIY homeowners, reducing installation time and costs. Additionally, the panel’s wood fiber material provides excellent heat insulation performance, helping to improve the energy efficiency of indoor spaces.

Standard panel dimensions are 1220mm × 2440mm, with custom cut sizes available upon request. The base material is 12mm thick E0 grade high-density pine wood fiber board, which has a density of 800kg/m³ for excellent structural strength. The perforation holes have a uniform diameter of 5mm, with a consistent 18% perforation rate, optimized for mid-frequency sound absorption between 500Hz and 2000Hz. The sound absorption coefficient (NRC) reaches 0.90, effectively reducing reverberation time by up to 70% in standard home theater or office spaces. The surface can be finished with natural pine veneer or water-based paint, both of which are non-toxic and eco-friendly. The installation kit includes matching adhesive and mounting nails, providing everything needed for a quick and easy installation.
This wood fiber acoustic panel is primarily designed for residential home theaters, private home offices, boutique retail stores, small cinema halls, and kindergarten classrooms. Its warm, natural aesthetic makes it ideal for spaces where interior design is a key consideration, such as luxury apartments and boutique hotels. It is also suitable for library reading rooms and training centers, where a quiet, comfortable acoustic environment is critical. Unlike metal acoustic panels, this wood product provides a softer, more natural sound that does not reflect high-frequency noise harshly, making it perfect for spaces where speech clarity and natural acoustics are prioritized.
