This product uses 3003 series aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy with excellent formability, which can be bent and formed into any radian according to the design requirements, adapting to various special-shaped roof projects. The 6.35mm low standing seam design reduces the overall height of the roof, making the building appearance more concise and neat. The mechanical standing seam installation uses special equipment for crimping, which ensures the tight connection between panels and avoids the risk of waterproof seepage at the joints. It has good wind resistance and deformation recovery ability, and can adapt to the deformation of the roof structure under different weather conditions, reducing the later maintenance cost.

Standard substrate thickness is 0.9mm (optional 0.7-1.1mm), standard width is 330mm, and standard length can be customized from 1000mm to 5000mm. The panel weight is 5.2-7.8 kg per square meter, with tensile strength ≥155MPa and elongation rate ≥4%. The PVDF coating thickness is 25-35μm, conforming to ASTM B209 and EN 485 standards. It supports on-site bending processing according to the radian requirements of the project, and can be matched with special curved roof fixing accessories to complete the installation of special-shaped roofs.

Mainly applicable to curved roofing projects of large landmark buildings, stadiums, airport terminals, tourist centers and other projects with special-shaped appearance requirements. Typical application scenarios include the curved roof of large sports stadiums, the terminal roof of airport buildings and the sightseeing platform roof of scenic spots. It requires professional construction team with curved roof installation experience, and uses special bending and crimping equipment to ensure the fitting effect and installation quality of the panels, creating a unique and beautiful building appearance.
