Compared with ordinary acoustic panels, this product has a higher load capacity of 200kg/m², which can withstand the rolling of forklifts and heavy equipment without deformation. The polyester powder coating has good corrosion resistance, adapting to industrial environments with corrosive gases. The 18% perforation rate is optimized for the noise frequency of common industrial machinery, achieving efficient noise reduction. The Class A1 fire rating meets the strict fire safety requirements of industrial plants, and the modular design supports flexible installation methods such as bolted or welded installation, suitable for large-area industrial site renovation.

The base material is 1.2mm thick galvanized steel, with a perforation hole diameter of 5mm and a perforation rate of 18%. The total thickness of the panel is 20mm with a built-in 15mm glass wool sound absorption layer. The standard size is 1200x2400mm, and the weight per square meter is approximately 18kg. The surface is treated with gray polyester powder coating, which has passed 1000 hours of salt spray resistance test. The fire rating is Class A1 in accordance with ISO 1182, and the noise reduction rating NRR is 28dB. It can be installed as wall panels, ceiling panels or independent sound barriers.
