Standard sheet dimensions: 1220mm width × 2440mm length, with custom cut sizes available. Sheet thickness is 0.4mm, fabricated from 8011 aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy with a minimum tensile strength of 120MPa. The surface is finished with a 10μm clear anodized coating, available in natural silver and matte black options. The sheet has a flexural strength of ≥150MPa, with a minimum bend radius of 0.8mm. It features a pressure-sensitive adhesive backing with a protective release liner, making installation quick and easy. The sheet has a rated wind load capacity of up to 0.6kPa for exterior applications, and weighs approximately 2.1kg per square meter. Packaging is delivered in flat cartons with protective plastic wrapping, with 50-60 sheets per standard pallet.
