This product uses a composite structure design, with the outer layer made of 3003 series aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy and the core filled with high-density polyurethane foam, which has a thermal conductivity of ≤0.024 W/(m·K), greatly improving the thermal insulation performance of the building roof. The concealed fixing design avoids exposed fixing parts, enhancing the overall waterproof and decorative effect of the roof. It has passed Class A1 fire protection certification, which is the highest level of fire resistance, providing higher safety assurance for large public buildings. The integrated structure design reduces on-site construction procedures, shortening the project construction cycle and reducing overall construction costs.

The outer panel thickness is 1.5mm (optional 1.2-2.0mm), the insulation core thickness can be customized from 30mm to 100mm, standard width is 1200mm, and standard length can be customized from 1200mm to 5800mm. The panel weight is 8.5-15.2 kg per square meter, with tensile strength ≥160MPa. The PVDF coating thickness is 25-35μm, conforming to ASTM C1224 and EN 13178 standards. It has good sound insulation performance, with sound insulation coefficient ≥35dB, and can be used for both roofing and wall insulation projects.

Mainly applicable to large public buildings, cold chain warehouses, sports stadiums, logistics parks and other projects with high requirements for thermal insulation and energy saving. Typical application scenarios include the roof of large stadiums, the insulation wall of cold storage warehouses and the roofing of industrial workshops with temperature control requirements. It can be installed directly on the steel structure keel without additional thermal insulation layer construction, which greatly simplifies the construction process and is suitable for large-scale building energy-saving renovation and new construction projects.
