This product uses 3003 series aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy substrate, with excellent corrosion resistance and formability. The PVDF fluorocarbon coating has a color retention rate of over 90% after 10 years of outdoor use, effectively resisting ultraviolet rays and atmospheric corrosion. The standing seam installation design reduces the risk of waterproof seepage at panel gaps, and standardized size simplifies on-site cutting and installation. Compared with traditional galvanized steel panels, it has 3 times longer service life and lighter weight, reducing the load burden on the building main structure. It also meets the national fire protection Class A standard, providing higher safety assurance for building roofs, and supports multi-color customization to match different building decoration styles.

Standard substrate thickness ranges from 0.6mm to 1.2mm for optional selection, standard width options include 400mm, 500mm and 600mm, and standard length can be customized from 1000mm to 6000mm. The panel weight is 4.2-8.4 kg per square meter, with tensile strength ≥150MPa and elongation rate ≥3%. The PVDF coating thickness is controlled at 25-35μm, conforming to ASTM B209 and EN 485 standards. It is available in multiple standard colors including silver gray, dark gray and beige, and supports on-site punching and cutting according to construction needs, suitable for conventional roofing construction with low demand for special shapes.

Mainly applicable to general industrial plants, warehouse buildings, office buildings, conventional commercial facades and small-scale venue roofing projects. Typical application scenarios include single-layer steel structure factory roofs, flat roof reconstruction projects of old buildings and simple commercial storefront decoration. It is suitable for construction teams with conventional installation capabilities, and can be matched with standard roof truss and fixing accessories to complete the installation quickly, effectively reducing the overall construction cost of the project. It is also suitable for roofing projects with requirements for lightweight building materials and long-term durability.
