The core advantages of this insulated composite panel include its integrated thermal insulation performance, eliminating the need for separate insulation installation during construction. The 3004 aluminum-magnesium-manganese outer panel provides excellent corrosion resistance and weather durability, while the polyurethane foam core offers high thermal insulation performance with a low thermal conductivity of 0.024 W/m·K. The sealed panel design creates a tight air and moisture barrier, preventing heat transfer and reducing the risk of condensation inside building walls. The panel’s hidden fastening system eliminates exposed fastener points, creating a clean, uniform exterior finish while reducing the risk of corrosion at fastener sites. Unlike traditional insulated panel systems, this product uses 100% recyclable aluminum and steel materials, aligning with green building initiatives.

Standard panel dimensions: 1150mm width × 6000mm length, with custom sizes available upon request. The outer panel is 0.8mm thick 3004 aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy, with a 20μm hot-dip galvalume undercoat and 15μm fluorocarbon topcoat. The core is a 50mm density closed-cell polyurethane foam insulation, with a minimum compressive strength of 0.3MPa. The back panel is a 0.4mm galvanized steel sheet. The panel features a hidden fastening clip system, with a 300mm seam pitch. It has a rated wind load capacity of up to 1.2kPa, meets A2 fire resistance classification per EN 13501-1, and weighs approximately 8.2kg per square meter. Packaging includes palletized delivery with protective plastic wrapping, with 15-20 panels per standard pallet.

This insulated composite aluminum-magnesium-manganese panel is primarily used for cold storage facilities, industrial warehouses, commercial office building envelopes, HVAC equipment enclosures, and food processing plant walls. It is also suitable for use in residential passive house construction, providing high-efficiency thermal insulation to reduce long-term energy costs. The panel’s sealed design makes it ideal for environments requiring strict temperature and humidity control, such as pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities and data centers. It complies with global building insulation standards including EN 13162 and ASTM C1289, making it suitable for use in most global commercial and industrial construction projects.
