This product adopts 5052 marine-grade aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy, which has natural excellent corrosion resistance to saline environment. The dual-layer coating system combines zinc-rich primer and fluorocarbon topcoat, with a salt spray resistance time of up to 5000 hours, far exceeding the 1000-hour standard of ordinary panels. The standing seam installation design enhances the overall waterproof performance of the roof, suitable for complex coastal weather conditions. It has higher tensile strength and elongation rate, can adapt to temperature changes in coastal areas, and will not deform or crack under large temperature differences. It has passed ABS marine certification, meeting the professional anti-corrosion requirements of coastal engineering projects.

Standard substrate thickness is 1.2mm (optional 1.0-1.5mm), standard width ranges from 500mm to 800mm, and standard length can be customized from 1500mm to 6000mm. The panel weight is 6.3-9.8 kg per square meter, with tensile strength ≥200MPa and elongation rate ≥6%. The zinc-rich primer thickness is 10-15μm, and the fluorocarbon topcoat thickness is 25-35μm, conforming to ASTM B209 and ISO 12944 standards. It has passed 5000 hours of neutral salt spray test, and is available in anti-corrosion special colors, suitable for coastal industrial plants, port terminals, seaside hotels and other projects.

Mainly applicable to coastal industrial plants, port terminals, seaside hotels, offshore supporting buildings and other projects in high-salt spray and high-humidity environments. Typical application scenarios include the roof and exterior wall of coastal chemical plants, the terminal shed of port terminals and the tourist facility buildings on seaside scenic spots. It requires construction teams with experience in anti-corrosion engineering installation, and can be matched with special anti-corrosion fixing accessories to ensure the long-term stability of the panel system, reducing the later maintenance frequency and cost.
