The fluoropolymer powder coating has excellent scratch resistance and stain resistance, and the brushed or polished surface finish shows a high-end metal texture. The hidden hanger installation design avoids exposed fixing parts, making the curtain wall surface more neat and beautiful. It meets LEED environmental protection standards, using non-toxic and pollution-free materials, and has a service life of up to 30 years, reducing later maintenance costs.
Standard substrate thickness is 1.0mm (optional 0.8-1.5mm), standard width ranges from 600mm to 1200mm, and standard length can be customized from 2000mm to 5000mm. The panel weight is 5.2-9.1 kg per square meter, with tensile strength ≥180MPa and elongation rate ≥5%. The fluoropolymer powder coating thickness is 30-40μm, conforming to ASTM B221 and EN 13967 standards. It supports multiple surface treatment processes including brushed, polished and colored spraying, and can be processed into special-shaped panels according to design requirements, suitable for high-end building curtain wall projects.
