Compared with traditional sound-absorbing cotton and fabric acoustic panels, this product does not require additional covering layer, and the surface is flat and smooth, which can be directly used as a decorative panel. The modular design supports quick installation, and the micro-perforated aperture and opening rate can be customized according to customer needs to adapt to different acoustic index requirements, and it also has Class A fire resistance and excellent corrosion resistance.

The substrate uses galvanized steel or aluminum alloy plates with a thickness of 0.5mm-1.0mm, and the standard size is 1200mm×2400mm, supporting custom sizes. The micro-perforated aperture covers four specifications of 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.5mm and 2mm, and the opening rate can be adjusted between 1%-5%. The noise reduction coefficient NRC can reach 0.9-0.98, the fire rating meets ASTM E84 Class A standards, the environmental grade reaches E0 level, the surface is treated with electrostatic powder spraying, the color can be customized, and the weight is about 10-15kg per square meter.
