It solves the pain point that traditional sound-absorbing materials are prone to moisture, mildew and corrosion damage in humid environments. It uses highly waterproof rigid PVC substrate, and adopts precise perforation process to achieve medium and high frequency sound absorption and noise reduction. It has excellent acid and alkali corrosion resistance, suitable for special scenarios such as bathrooms, swimming pools and laboratories. Compared with metal and wooden acoustic panels, this product is lighter in weight and lower in installation cost. The surface can be provided with two treatment methods of matte and glossy, and can be customized with different colors and aperture sizes to adapt to a variety of decoration styles.

The substrate uses rigid PVC plates with a thickness of 8mm-12mm, and the standard size is 1200mm×2400mm, supporting custom sizes. The perforated aperture covers a variety of specifications from 2mm to 6mm, and the opening rate can be adjusted between 10%-30%. The noise reduction coefficient NRC can reach 0.6-0.75, the fire rating meets GB 8624 Class B1 standards, it has excellent waterproof performance (up to 99% as tested), and its acid and alkali corrosion resistance meets the standards of HG/T 2003-1991. The surface treatment is divided into matte and glossy, and the weight is about 8-12kg per square meter.
It is mainly suitable for indoor spaces with humid or corrosive gases, such as bathrooms, kitchens, swimming pools, laboratories and food processing plants. It can be used as a wall or ceiling acoustic panel, especially suitable for scenarios with extremely high requirements for waterproof and moisture-proof performance. It can effectively reduce indoor environmental noise, and there is no need to worry about moisture, mildew or corrosion damage. It has the characteristics of long-term durability, and can easily clean surface stains, with convenient maintenance.
