This product adopts pre-coated polyester coating production line for one-time forming, with uniform coating, no pinholes and stable performance. It meets E0 grade environmental protection standards and food grade safety standards, free of harmful substances such as formaldehyde and volatile organic compounds. The surface has excellent stain resistance and corrosion resistance, which can effectively remove various stains and resist the erosion of acid and alkali cleaning agents, suitable for frequent cleaning scenarios in clean workshops. The installation is quick and convenient, and the detachable panel design facilitates later cleaning and maintenance. With excellent weather resistance, it can maintain a good appearance for a long time in indoor clean environments.
Base material is 3003 H24 aluminum alloy, panel thickness is optional between 1.2mm and 2.5mm. The standard processing size is up to 1250mm in width and 5000mm in length, and custom sizes are supported. The pre-coated polyester coating thickness is ≥25μm, with uniform film formation and good adhesion. The product is processed with a bended edge treatment to enhance the structural strength, and the edge bending height is ≥15mm to prevent deformation during transportation and installation.
