The surface adopts stain-resistant coating design, and stains can be easily wiped clean, reducing later maintenance costs. The hidden frame installation design improves the cleanliness of the space, adapting to scenarios with high hygiene requirements such as hospital operating rooms and food processing workshops. The panel adopts 3003 aluminum alloy substrate, with excellent corrosion resistance and structural stability, meeting the fire safety requirements of medical buildings.
The standard panel size is 1220mm*2440mm, and the thickness can be selected as 2.0mm and 2.5mm. The antibacterial coating thickness is about 15μm, and the surface flatness is ±0.3mm. The weight of the 2.0mm thick panel is about 5.4kg/㎡, which is compatible with standard curtain wall keel systems, and the installation method is consistent with conventional aluminum veneers without special construction tools. The coating has passed national food contact material safety certification and antibacterial testing certification, meeting the environmental protection and hygiene standards of medical places.
