The welded hidden connection installation method avoids exposed connectors, improving the overall integrity of the facade and enhancing structural stability. It supports custom any special-shaped shapes, including double curved surfaces, single curved panels, curved plates and other forms, meeting the unique design needs of landmark buildings. It has Class A fire resistance and long-term weather resistance, ensuring long-term stable use in outdoor environments.
The panel thickness can be selected as 2.0mm, 2.5mm and 3.0mm, the maximum single panel size can reach 2000mm*3000mm, and the maximum curvature radius supports 1.2m. It can be customized into any irregular shape. For outdoor use, the PVDF three-layer coating is adopted, with the total thickness not less than 60μm. Each panel undergoes strict flatness test and wind load resistance test before leaving the factory, adapting to the installation requirements of high-rise building exterior walls.
