In addition, it uses 5052 aluminum alloy as the base material, which has good corrosion resistance and formability, and can adapt to various installation scenarios. The surface coating has good stain resistance, which is convenient for daily cleaning and maintenance, and the Class A1 fire rating meets the fire protection requirements of public places.

The product specifications are as follows: base material is 5052 aluminum alloy with a tensile strength of ≥180MPa; optional thicknesses are 2.0mm and 2.5mm; hole diameters can be customized from 1mm to 10mm, and hole pitch can be adjusted arbitrarily; perforation rate can be adjusted from 5% to 40% according to needs; the standard size is 1200×2400mm, and custom size is supported; the matching sound-absorbing cotton is fire-proof glass cotton with a thickness of 50mm; the sound absorption coefficient can reach 0.9 under the optimal matching condition; the installation gap between panels is 2-3mm, which is convenient for expansion and contraction due to temperature changes.
