The aluminum foil honeycomb core is used as the filling layer, which greatly reduces the weight of the panel while improving the structural strength, and the deformation resistance is better than that of solid aluminum veneers, which can adapt to large-span wall and ceiling installation. The thermal conductivity is only 0.03W/(m·K), which effectively reduces building energy consumption and improves indoor temperature stability. The sound insulation performance can reach 38dB, effectively blocking outdoor noise and improving indoor space comfort. The surface adopts PVDF or PE coating, with a variety of color and surface treatment options, combining decorativeness and durability. The hidden fastener installation design improves the overall aesthetics of the facade and reduces installation difficulty and construction period.

The face sheet thickness is 0.8mm-1.2mm, the honeycomb core thickness can be selected as 10mm, 20mm, 30mm and 50mm, and the total panel thickness ranges from 10mm to 50mm. The standard panel size is 1220mm*2440mm, and custom cutting into any size is supported. The weight of the 20mm thick panel is only 1.2kg/㎡, which is much lower than the 6.75kg/㎡ of solid aluminum veneers, reducing the load of the building main body. All panels have passed strict wind load resistance tests, adapting to the installation requirements of high-rise building exterior walls.
It is mainly used for large commercial complex curtain walls, high-speed railway station ceilings, industrial plant walls, hotel guest room partitions, exhibition hall sound insulation walls and other scenarios, providing a lightweight and energy-saving decoration solution for buildings, effectively reducing the overall load and operating energy consumption of the building, and improving the space use experience.
