Made of food-grade aluminum alloy 3003/5052 substrate, the veneer has strong structural stability and ductility. The double-layer PVDF coating has a service life of more than 15 years in outdoor environments, effectively resisting acid rain, salt spray and ultraviolet erosion. The hidden frame buckling installation design reduces exposed fasteners, improving the overall aesthetics and structural safety of the facade. It supports custom any RAL color matching and special edge treatment, adapting to complex building outlines. With Class A fire resistance, it meets the fire protection requirements of public buildings and reduces later maintenance costs significantly.
The standard panel size is 1220mm*2440mm, and custom cutting into any special-shaped size is supported. The panel thickness can be selected as 2.0mm, 2.5mm and 3.0mm. The coating thickness parameters are: primer 20μm, topcoat 25μm, clear coat 10μm. The weight of the 2.5mm thick panel is about 6.75kg/㎡, which is compatible with domestic and European and American standard curtain wall keel installation systems. All panels undergo strict flatness and wind pressure resistance tests before leaving the factory to ensure stable performance in high-rise building applications.
It is mainly used for exterior walls of commercial office buildings, international airport terminals, high-end residential community facades, large exhibition center curtain walls, star-rated hotel exterior decorations and other outdoor building scenarios. It can also be used as outdoor advertising sign baseplates, adapting to various complex building shape requirements and meeting the dual requirements of building energy conservation and architectural aesthetics.
